You are going to need: eggs, potatoes, onions and oil (I would recommend olive oil). The first thing to do is frying in a pan the potatoes until they are browned. Afterwards we add the onions just around 3 or 4 minutes until they are browned as well. While the potatoes and onions are inside the frying-pan, whisk a few eggs, because the potatoes and onions have to be added afterwards to the whisked eggs. After adding the potatoes and onions to the whisked egg, turn a pan with just a little bit of oil on, add everything to the pan, turn it a couple of times (turning it with the plate we are going to use to eat is highly recommended) until it is done and you have your perfect tortilla.
