This villa exhibits a strong Mediterranean personality and combines classic elements of Andalusian culture and tradition with typical elements of a taste for luxury and modern conveniences. The possibility of enjoying a breakfast each morning in a unique garden, resting by the pool or a nice mornig swim with wonderful views of the coast, are already good reasons for this choice.

The house consists of a large entrance-hall equipped with a fireplace. A beautiful light enters the room from several Windows that make the environment feel the bright and causy, with a view to the garden and the sea. This room is followed by a dining room and the kitchen equipped with a cooktop island and sink. The villa has 4 bedrooms distributed in the downstairs. Outside, this villa features an awsome garden, where you can also appreciate the presence of a bar/restaurant area.

The airports of Granada, Málaga and Almería are about 100km away, and access to Salobreña by car is quick via the N340 road that offers breathtaking views of the coast and sea, or the wide and newly built A7 highway. The entrance to the Monte de los Almendros urbanization is easy and is only 2.5 km from Salobreña, 8 km from Motril, and 10.5 km from Almuñecar.
