Luxurious, modern villa with heated infinity pool and breathtaking views of the sea, the beach and the castle of the typical Andalusian village of Salobreña - the gem of the Costa Tropical in Andalusia. The temperatures here are mild all year round, with about 320 days of sunshine a year. In winter, it is the warmest micro-region in mainland Europe. The villa, completed in 2020, is south-facing and enjoys sun all day. It is in a completely quiet location at the end of a residential-only street on the exclusive Monte de los Almendros.

You can enjoy the spectacular views from all 4 bedrooms, from the spacious living/dining area with open luxury kitchen and from the two large terraces. All rooms, including the bedrooms, have floor-to-ceiling glass fronts with sliding doors to one of the terraces and electric, room-darkening roller shutters. All bedrooms have fitted closets and en-suite bathrooms with rain showers and windows/patio doors. The bathroom of the master bedroom also has a bathtub. There is also a guest toilet on the pool level and a further shower bathroom in the basement - next to the fitness room with several fitness machines and the games room with a pool table and a bar. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned with individual controls for each room. The air conditioning system also allows the rooms to be heated. Wifi with high-speed Internet and various TV channels are available. On the pool terrace you will find an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor shower with hot water, below there are two further garden levels. Behind the electric gate to the villa there is sufficient parking space for 2 vehicles and more parking space can be found on the street .

Nearby, there are tennis and paddle tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, attractive hiking trails and various beaches with restaurants, cafes, bars, water sport offerings, etc. Several stretches of the local coastline are attractive for snorkeling and diving. For shopping, several large supermarkets are available in Salobreña as well as other stores. There are various sights in the region, including the world-famous Alhambra, just 73 km away. In winter you can reach the Sierra Nevada ski area in one hour and 15 minutes at an altitude of between 2100 and 3300 meters with 85 km of slopes and 20 lifts/gondolas (Dec. to April). Ski during the day and relax in the pool at mild temperatures in the evening. The airports of Malaga, Granada and Almería are within easy reach. ...."
